UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on every order.

Our standard delivery service is:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – FREE

Customers can choose to upgrade their delivery at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £1.50
  • Next Day Delivery – £6.00

Please note that Next Day Delivery is subject to order cut-off times and courier availability.

Alternative Couriers

While Royal Mail is our preferred delivery partner, there may be occasions where we use alternative couriers, including (but not limited to):

  • DPD
  • Evri
  • Other reputable courier services

This allows us to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and reliably as possible.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship internationally; however, free shipping is only available on UK orders.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes or other fees that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
